You can save the email addresses of your contacts to your Webdam and Brand Connect address book to quickly share assets and initiate approval requests.

Sending or sharing an asset or lightbox with a user will automatically add that user to your address book.
- In Webdam: Log into Webdam, click your name in the top-right corner and select Address Book from the dropdown menu.
- In Brand Connect: Log into Brand Connect, click your account avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile. In the Profile window, click Address Book.
- Enter the contact’s email address and click Enter.
- Click OK to save.
- In Webdam: Log into Webdam, click your name in the top-right corner and select Address Book from the dropdown menu.
- In Brand Connect: Log into Brand Connect, click your account avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile. In the Profile window, click Address Book.
- Click
to the right of the contact’s email address.
- Click OK to confirm the changes.
Select Contacts from the Address Book:
When emailing a link or download within Webdam or initiating an approval request, click the To box inside the email window. This will display a dropdown of the users in your address book. Select an email address or start typing to narrow down your selections.
