Archival Storage

Archival storage allows you to store and manage your rarely used files while keeping them organized, close at hand and easy to find and access. Contributors with edit permissions and admins may archive and unarchive assets.

Assets that are archived are inactive (therefore not viewable in Brand Connect) and will display an icon on the asset thumbnail. Once an asset is archived, users may not download it until it is unarchived, which typically takes 24-48 hours.

Note: Archival storage is an add-on feature. If you would like to add this to your Webdam subscription, please contact your customer success manager or email success@webdam.com for additional information.
