Workfront Connector

You can access your Webdam account from within Workfront – and easily move assets back and forth between programs – using the Webdam integration for Workfront.

Note: This integration is configured and managed by Workfront. Please contact your Workfront representative or visit the Workfront Help Site if you have questions or need assistance.

Enable the integration

1. Log in to Workfront as the administrator.
2. Click Setup in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Expand the Documents section click Cloud Providers.
4. Check the box next to Webdam to enable the integration.
5. Enter your Webdam credentials, if prompted.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
7. To disable the integration, uncheck the box next to Webdam and click Save.

Add assets from Webdam to a Workfront project

1. Log in to Workfront and navigate to a project details page.
   
   
2. Click the Documents tab, then choose Add Documents.

• You may be prompted to authorize or reauthorize your Webdam account. If so, click Yes and follow the on-screen directions.

3. Select the assets you’d like to add to the project and click Link Items.

Upload assets from a Workfront project to Webdam

When you complete or modify a project in Workfront, you can then move it to Webdam to make it accessible by other users and platforms.

To send an asset to Webdam:

1. Log in to Workfront and navigate to a project details page.
   
   
2. Click the Documents tab, and select the asset(s) you want to upload to Webdam.
   
   
3. Click More > Send to > Webdam, select the folder where you’d like to upload the asset(s), and click Save.
