You can access your Webdam account from within Workfront – and easily move assets back and forth between programs – using the Webdam integration for Workfront.
Note: This integration is configured and managed by Workfront. Please contact your Workfront representative or visit the Workfront Help Site if you have questions or need assistance.

Enable the integration
- Log in to Workfront as the administrator.
- Click Setup in the upper right-hand corner.
- Expand the Documents section click Cloud Providers.
- Check the box next to Webdam to enable the integration.
- Enter your Webdam credentials, if prompted.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- To disable the integration, uncheck the box next to Webdam and click Save.
Add assets from Webdam to a Workfront project

Log in to Workfront and navigate to a project details page.
- Click the Documents tab, then choose Add Documents.
- You may be prompted to authorize or reauthorize your Webdam account. If so, click Yes and follow the on-screen directions.
3. Select the assets you’d like to add to the project and click Link Items.
Upload assets from a Workfront project to Webdam
When you complete or modify a project in Workfront, you can then move it to Webdam to make it accessible by other users and platforms.
To send an asset to Webdam:

Log in to Workfront and navigate to a project details page.

Click the Documents tab, and select the asset(s) you want to upload to Webdam.
- Click More > Send to > Webdam, select the folder where you’d like to upload the asset(s), and click Save.
