Adding and Managing Brand Guidelines

You can add one or more brand guideline books to a Brand portal depending on your plan. On the brand guidelines overview page of a Brand Portal you'll find an overview of the guideline books. In the top right corner of the Brand Guidelines section you'll find two numbers. The first number indicates the number of guideline books that are currently created and the second number shows how many brand guideline books are included in your plan. Find out below how you can add new guideline books and manage existing ones.

How to Add a Brand Guideline Book? 

  1. Go to Brands.
  2. Hover over the Brand Portal you want to add the new guideline book to and click Edit.
  3. Click Guidelines in the top menu.  
  4. Click the Add button to add a new guideline book.
  5. Enter a name for your new guideline book and click Add to create it.

 

How to Edit a Brand Guideline Book?

  1. Go to Brands.
  2. Hover over the Brand Portal where you can find the guideline book you want to edit and click Edit.
  3. Click Guidelines in the top menu.
  4. Hover over the guideline book you want to edit and click the edit_icon.png icon.

You'll be redirected to the guideline book where you can manage the sections and pages. 


How to Delete a Brand Guideline Book?

  1. Go to Brands.
  2. Hover over the Brand Portal where you can find the guideline book you want to delete and click Edit.
  3. Click Guidelines in the top menu. 
  4. Hover over the guideline book you want to delete in the left side menu and click the mceclip0.png button.

Read the confirmation message carefully and click Delete if you wish to remove the guideline book permanently.

This action cannot be undone.
