Summary
Sometimes your Webdam Portal isn't working the way you expect it to. You've checked the Knowledge Base and it seems like you may be having a technical issue. This article explains the steps to creating a support ticket so we can get you back up and running at 100%!
Who?
Only Admins can submit support requests.
Why?
Technical issues happen, and Webdam Support wants to fix your technical issues as soon as possible. This ticketing system helps get us the information we need to fix what needs fixing, and to log the issue.
How?
1. Log in to your damsuccess.com account. Once logged in you will see:
Note: Your Webdam portal credentials are not the same as your damsuccess.com credentials. You will need to make an account to submit a request this way.
2. Click Submit a request.
3. Provide as much information in the form as possible to give support a full picture of the issue. Don't forget to tell support what the issue is, where the issue is located, who it is affecting, and when the issue first occurred. Helpful details to include are the browser being used, measures already taken to fix the issue (think clearing cookies and cache), and visuals (screenshots or screen recordings).
4. Click Submit.
5. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. You can communicate with Support directly through your confirmation email or navigate to My Requests in your portal. Here you can also view your chat history with support and the status of your tickets.
Tip: If available, you can view organization requests, which are requests made by other members of your organization. To enable this, please get in touch with Webdam support.
FAQs
Can I submit a ticket without being logged in?
No, only Admins can submit a support ticket, therefore being logged in is required.
Why can't I see the Submit a request option after logging in?
If you do not see the submit a request option once logged in you do not have the correct permission to submit a ticket. If you think this is incorrect please check with your Admin.
