The University of Washington Athletics

As a well-known name in college sports, the University of Washington Athletics has a strong presence on the college sports landscape.  The Huskies athletics department has a massive amount of photographs from all of their sporting teams and events and have to fulfill a large demand of global requests from many different channels like college sports sites, media networks, and internally within the University.  With WebDAM, athletics is able to provide an accessible photo database cutting out the middleman and giving approved users the ability to retrieve and download.  Having a structured easy to use photo library has removed the burdens of photo requests and created a more focused and efficient environment to work in.  <read more>

The American College of Rheumatology

The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) is the nation’s largest organization of rheumatology professionals and a critical leader in the medical community.  Originally the ACR Slide Collection, which documents studies and treatments for rheumatic diseases, was maintained in print format with limited access, constantly overdue for updates for its professional audience.  WebDAM enhanced the ACR Slide Collection immensely by allowing for instant updates, easy accessibility and storage, along with robust search capabilities.  Anyone accessing the ACR Slide Collection no longer has to wait years for current editions, use valuable time flipping through binders or be confined by their physical location.  Strengthening the medical community, ACR uses WebDAM to revolutionize the way rheumatology professionals gather data.  <read more>

Learning RX

Learning RX has been rapidly growing with over 70 franchises across the country.  Prior to WebDAM, Learning RX marketing materials were an inconvenience to try and track down and attain with a long approval process which created delays that caused materials to be outdated before arrival.  The processes that were in place worked with a small amount of offices, but with rapid growth they implemented WebDAM and improved efficiency by providing a centralized system where they could store and access necessary materials.  Using WebDAM as the company’s centralized digital asset management system, has allowed LearningRx to streamline the distribution of necessary files, ensure on-demand retrieval, fast updates, and easy fulfillment. <read more>

United States Equestrian Federation

As the national governing body of equestrian sports in the US, USEF oversees all things equestrian and continues to grow its community exponentially.  With WebDAM in place, the organization can now centralize rich media files, and keep important information like photographer and rights managed licenses embedded with photos. USEF needed a way to pull these assets into the new USEF network site without losing any of the photo metadata.  Evaluating the DAM scope again after a few years to see what else was out there, WebDAM won yet again. Using the WebDAM API we were able to eliminate the duplication of all assets and save tons of time not having to reneter metadata, download and upload photos into multiple systems. Two desperate databases now seem like one.
