WebDAM has been offered several speaking spots at nationally recognized events in digital asset management, marketing, and cloud technology. Submit your application and presentation ideas.

NOTE: Complimentary travel and event registration will be provided to all approved speakers.  Application deadline is Aug 10th, 2012.  Spots are limited and exclusively offered to WebDAM users. Available Events include: 2012 Henry Stewart Digital Asset Management Conference (held in LA, Chicago, and NY), 2012 Higher Education & Technology Webinar Series (Panel of Experts), 2012 Marketing Technology and Cloud Computing Conferences (details coming).

Share your approach in selecting the best digital asset management solution for your needs — challenges, tips, tricks, or experience working with DAM vendors during the evaluation process. How did you come to your conclusion?

User Adoption

Share your strategy and experience with generating user adoption. How did you achieve ROI and quick buy-in from users. What were your challenges? What best practices worked best for you?  Did you do anything extra creative?

Best Practices

Share tips & tricks to achieving extra ROI with digital asset management. Discuss anything from metadata and taxonomy strategies to integration with third-party workflows.

Being DAM Innovative

Discuss how your organization has used WebDAM to be more streamlined and agile. This could include integration, cutting process-time in half, and topics we can’t even think of right now.

As earlier stated, winning applications will receive complimentary registration to the event(s) along with complimentary travel arrangements.  If you desire such, WebDAM will also provide a professional presentation designer to enhance the look/feel/flow of your presentation (complimentary and optional). Your presentation or panel spot will range between 30mins to 45mins long.
