DAM Ideas

In order to share a collection with a group of people on my team, I must first email the link to myself and then copy and paste the url into my company’s internal social tool (Chatter). It would be much easier if I could just copy and paste the link. (Its also easier to copy the url and then open up my email client where my contacts will autopopulate instead of having to remember their addresses.

I want to know which of my assets have metadata and which don’t. Is there a report with this or ay plans to have it?

We’ve uploaded a couple of videos into WebDAM, but the thumbnails are all essentially black since they appear to just take the first frame of the video. Need a way to generate video thumbnails from frames within the video, ala YouTube. Without that, it’s impractical to use WebDAM for video.

I am sure that I speak for many when I say we could really use an easy way to connect our DAM to our CMS. Any plans to do this soon with a CMS such as… WordPress??? Anyone else out there needing this too? Vote for my request! -Jeff

Add the ability to approve more than one download request at a time.
