Leigh Ann is our resident know-it-all and expert on training customers on the best practices of all things DAM.  She’s the mastermind behind the 97% WebDAM customer renewal rate. Her customers love her because she understands the challenges of the digital world.  Leigh Ann’s background working with creative professionals in developing workflows allows for her to relate to her customers.  When she’s not catering to her customers, you will probably find her playing with kitties, lint-rolling her clothes, and dreaming of having a tail.

Ron comes to us with over 10+ years of strategic marketing and creative workflow experience. He provides a valuable digital asset management perspective with experience in large enterprise and media management environments. He stays aligned with the latest marketing and technology trends and constantly contributes best-practices for improving efficiency in workflows, organization, usability, and more.  Ron is known for constantly snacking on all types of food, while his former life as nightclub DJ haunts his business-centric reputation.

Jody’s abilities in baking, dance, and color guard pale in comparison to her skills in classifying the human genome.   From her 10 years of experience in user interface, data management, and software development, from organizations like Celera Genomics, Applied Biosystems, and Genentech, she is an invaluable wealth of knowledge. Whether you want to know how to increase efficiency across many verticals, or where the most recent celebrity sightings are, Jody’s your expert.

Raised on the Stanford Campus, Steve is a native South African, with expertise in web application design and development.   He’s a data wizard with 15 years of experience stemming from research on the human genome with Celera Genomics and a pretty powerful Dungeon Master. When he’s not in the Matrix you may find him being the team instigator, watching MMA or plotting his next prank.

Melissa is the girl behind the witty blog posts keeping you up to date with the hottest info on DAM, while wearing the latest styles in high-heels. Her natural way with words allows for her to be a female Casanova, and deliver the monthly newsletters with news on releases, special announcements and articles to many of our 200,000+ users.  Melissa is sharp like the knives she used to sell and will stop at nothing to give you the DAM 411.

Attentive to all of your DAM needs, Cindy provides stellar support.  Similar to the famous jar of jelly beans she keeps filled on her desk, Cindy provides nourishment to our DAM customers in the form of help.  Very knowledgeable about WebDAM, you can find Cindy perusing the admin and user guides during her freetime.

Paul is a Bay Area native that is fearless on the phone. Reaching out to many organizations in need of a DAM, he is a chameleon of accents. Paul loves to ask questions and while speaking to new people everyday he takes daily polls about how the community is managing their digital assets.  Somewhat of a health nut, he’s a vegetarian that lives on microwave meals and if you’re lucky you may find him jogging on a side-walk near you.

Bron is one of our in house experts specializing in the pain points for higher education and non-profits. His experience working with hospitals and physicians is great for helping organizations streamline workflows. Don’t let his professional and helpful demeanor fool you, he’s the class clown and has the loudest laugh that can permeate through anything.

Support is Alex’s middle name and he’s always willing to help anyone in distress.  He knows DAM like the back of his hand. As a photographer, Alex understands the creative and organizational aspect of DAM. Answering support tickets is just one of the many things he enjoys.  He’s a bay area native always down for a bike ride along the coast.
